The following new electronic services related to the security data reform of the EU and to the reform of the
electronic customs services of Finnish Customs were introduced in Finland in the autumn of 2009:
- online export declaration as of 1 October 2009
- entry and exit declarations by messages to the AREX system as of 14 December 2009
