Finnish Customs closely monitors the use of foreign-registered vehicles
It is always best to check with Finnish Customs before using a foreign-registered car in Finland. As a rule, a person permanently resident in Finland may not use a foreign-registered vehicle in Finland. The law contains only a few exceptions.
