Service interruption in Customs’ online declaration system for users with a Katso ID on 14 January 2012, 10.00–14.00

The KATSO service used for identification of online declarants is being revised.
Changes will be made to the KATSO production environment 14 January 2012 and this will cause a service interruption. The service interruption begins at 10 am and lasts approximately four hours. The KATSO service will not be available between 10 am – 2 pm for users with a Katso ID. During the service interruption the web channel can only be used without identification.
