The Katso service used for identifying users of Customs’ online services is being updated.
Changes to the Katso production environment provided by the Finnish Tax Administration will be made on 17 February 2012 and this will cause a service interruption. The service interruption will begin at 17.00 pm and is estimated to last for three hours, ending at 20.00 pm. There may be disruptions until 01.00 am on Saturday. The Katso service will be unavailable during the interruption for users using a Katso ID. However, the online services can be used during the service interruption by logging in as an unidentified user.

The shared online identification and payment service of public administration (tunnistus.suomi.fi) should not be used between 17.00–18.00 pm. There may be short interruptions in the service until 01.00 am on Saturday.
