Customs renews its certificate for direct message exchange on Wednesday 4 June 2014 at 4 p.m.
Customer Notice 30 May 2014
The certificate renewal will not cause any disruptions in message exchange and will not affect the operations of customer systems if Customs’ certificate is verified from the list of approved certificate authorities, which is the recommended procedure.
If, however, the customer system verifies Customs’ message exchange service by making a static comparison with the certificate file stored in the system, message exchange will be disrupted after the renewal if the data is not updated.
In such cases, a new Customs certificate file must be retrieved for the system from the certificate search engine of the Population Register Centre.
You should select the line with the ID “200131985” in the Download column.
